By public transport: From the main station, it is a 5-minute walk or a 1-stop ride by tram (lines 1, 2, 3, 7 or 9) to Kröpcke. From there, take line 4 (direction Garbsen) or 5 (direction Stöcken) to the stop ‘Schneiderberg/Wilhelm-Busch-Museum’. The Geodetic Institute is located directly opposite the stop, on the corner of Nienburger Straße and Schneiderberg. Please enter the building via the corner entrance on Nienburger Straße. The Geodetic Institute is located on the first floor of the building (office: rooms B155 and B157).

By car: Parking spaces are available on Nienburger Straße and on Schneiderberg. Alternatively, you can use the car park in the courtyard behind the institute (access via Schneiderberg) or the underground car park approx. 50 m north of the institute building.
